By using SpinningTool, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may use SpinningTool to create random wheels, make selections, organize activities, choose names, create games, run informal giveaways and share or embed eligible wheels. You are responsible for the content you create, upload or publish. You must not use SpinningTool to distribute malware, harmful code, unlawful material, deceptive content, impersonation, harassment or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights or other legal rights. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, private wheels, administrative systems, databases, servers or other restricted areas of the service. Automated abuse, excessive requests, attempts to bypass upload limits or deliberate interference with the service may result in access being restricted. Public and unlisted wheels may be shared using their URLs. Embedded wheels must follow the technical and branding requirements provided by SpinningTool. You may not attempt to remove required attribution or use an embed in a misleading way. Random selections are provided as a general-purpose utility. SpinningTool does not guarantee that the service is suitable for regulated lotteries, gambling, legal decisions, medical decisions, financial decisions or other high-stakes uses that may require certified procedures or independent oversight. Features may be updated, modified, limited or discontinued when necessary for security, performance, legal compliance or product development. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version of these terms.

Designed around user control

SpinningTool keeps the interactive wheel separate from account features. You can make ordinary random choices without signing in, while optional account features are available when you want to save, publish, organize or share a wheel across devices.
